The Eco-Line electric radiator range has been designed and is manufactured in Britain, to give electricians the same choice of radiator type and selection of sizes as plumbers have always been used to. The radiators are filled with a thermal fluid to transfer heat to the whole of the surface area without the need for any pump or moving parts. The fluid is heated by 100% efficiency electric elements which are controlled by the most advanced thermostat electronics available. The radiator body is constructed in steel and powder coated to ensure a high quality, extremely long lasting and robust finish. The range is available in 500mm & 300mm heights and power ratings from 500 watts to 2000 watts. Digi-line’s single panel and double panel, wall mounted electric radiators are available, and both have convection fins to ensure the perfect balance of radiant and convected heat. 1. Energy saving open window feature – this senses when a window has been opened and stops the radiator heating until the window is closed.
2. Surface temperature control – The surface temperature can be operated at the full 90 deg C or reduced to a maximum of 75 deg C or a maximum of 60 deg C. ( Surface temperature reduction will reduce the heating power )
3. Double panel radiator smart control – If the room temperature is within 1 deg C of the set point, the front panel only will operate. If the room temperature is more than 1 deg C from the set point, the back panel will also operate to act as a boost and re-heat the room faster

Digi-Line Programmer

The optional central programmer is battery powered and uses radio frequency signals to communicate with these electric radiators, so no wiring is required. It can be wall mounted or can free stand. All electric radiators can have different temperature settings, and every zone can have different operating times. The central programmer is capable of separately programming up to 4 separate zones. This provides for the ultimate electric heating system with absolute control over temperatures, times and energy usage.

Digi-Line E3 Controller

With the Touch E3 it is no longer necessary to go to a radiator to make control changes, any radiator in any room of the property can be controlled individually from this central control. Because it is ommunicating with each radiator it can utilise the thermostat sensors on each of the radiators to produce exactly the temperature you want in each room separately. This means you also have absolute control of the energy use. All features can also be controlled from the Clevertouch app from anywhere in the world.

Energy Saving Features

Using the very latest digital electronic thermostat technology and having the built in capability for programming times and temperatures means that only the energy absolutely needed isused.

The built in digital electronic thermostat and 24hr/7 day programming system is sited on the top of the radiator for easy programming access. The room air temperature is sensed below the radiator where the air is coldest. The thermostat accuracy is +/- 0.1 °C.

There are 9 factory pre-set programs to suit most lifestyles and a user programming option if the pre-set programs are not suitable.

Open Window Sensing
The radiators will sense when a window has been opened and stop producing heat until the window is closed.

Adaptive Start Function
The Vanguard radiator learns the correct time to switch on, so no more guessing what time to program. Just tell the radiator what temperature you want the room to be at and what time, the Vanguard radiator will do the rest!

Energy Monitoring
This function can tell you the energy consumed in each day/ week/ month or year.

Vanguard radiators do not need a circulation pump, or any moving parts. The ceramic element naturally produces radiant and convection heat into the room.

The thermostat and program controls are positioned on the top of the radiator for easy programming and to retain the clean lines.

Every room can have scheduled heating times and room temperature changes.
The current room temperature is shown and also the target temperature as set by the user.

To use the app system you will need to purchase the EcoFlow Gateway which plugs in to your home WiFi router.

Every Ecoflow radiator has a built in digital electronic room thermostat; complete with a 7 day programming system. As an additional option, all Ecoflow Electric Radiators can be controlled remotely by radio frequency and by App from any smart device. The EcoFlow electronic thermostat is accurate to +/- 0.2 deg C and the timing system allows you to pre-set required room temperatures at specific times. When the temperature drops in any individual room, the thermostat switches the heater on, perhaps for only a minute to re-heat the internal plates. This continual dynamic re-heat process continues thereby maintaining the room temperature. The ability to sense temperature changes and react immediately is one of the great benefits of this type of heating. Because of the ability to heat up quickly the use of electricity is limited and the cost of using the Ecoflow radiators may be very little if you’re house insulation is good. These German radiators heat the room to a comfortable even temperature and also keep the floor temperature within a few degrees of the ambient room temperature.

Technical Data

Each heat plate has a coiled heating element totally buried within it, forming an integral part of the heat plate.

Each heat plate has a low wattage element inside and multiple plates are used to make up the total power of the radiator. When the radiator is switched on, the element gets hot instantly, transmitting the heat generated to the heat plate within a matter of minutes.

The hot plate transmits the heat to the metal casing and flutes of the radiator which then heats the room by radiated heat, in the same way as a normal central heating radiator with the added advantage of powerful convection heat through the hollow flutes.

Each radiator has a highly accurate digital electronic thermostat and 7 day 24 hour timing control built-in or optionally can be operated by app control.
Each of these methods measures the air temperature of the room allowing the room temperature to be regulated to maintain a pre-determined temperature set by the user.
